- How does the membership work?
- It’s a month-by-month subscription. You’ll get fresh resources, support, and content each month. There are no long-term commitments with our monthly memberships - you can cancel anytime.
- Is there an option to sign up annually?
- Yes! We do offer an annual membership option at a discounted rate (buy 10 months, get 2 free). Annual Memberships also receieve special invitations to Annual Member exclusive events. It's perfect for those who are ready to commit to long-term growth and want to save.
- What if I’m not very tech-savvy? Will I be able to keep up?
- Absolutely. Our memberships are built to simplify, not complicate, your strategy. Everything is delivered in a user-friendly format, and support is always available if you get stuck.
- What kind of content or trainings are included?
- You’ll get regular video trainings, content calendars, caption templates, algorithm updates, Q&A sessions, and more!! We also provide dedicated Community Support should you get, need feedback or human help.
- Will this work for my specific company, business or niche?

- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You’re in full control. Cancel directly through our Member Hub OR, if you prefer, contact our team via email to help you out. Due to the digital nature of the content, we don’t offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle (annual or monthly).
- If I cancel and come back later, will I still get the same price?
- We can’t guarantee that. If pricing increases in the future, returning members will pay the current rate, so it’s best to lock in your rate now if you’re considering joining... PLUS you don't want to miss out on any of our upcoming Member events, resources and trainings!
- How quickly will I see results?
- Results depend on the individual and their implementation. Many members start seeing traction in the first few weeks, especially when they follow our done-for-you content and weekly actions consistently... And reach-out when they're feeling 'stuck' or 'stagnant' so that we can grow together.
- What if I get busy—will I fall behind?
- No worries! Much of the content is there when you’re ready. Our weekly LIVE Content Strategy Sessions can be watched on-demand for up to 30 Days. Academy Members can work at their own pace through the Mastery Suite. Many of our live sessions are recorded so you can watch anytime, and alternate session times provided where possible to cater for our members across the globe.
